A limited number of reports have come to our attention that the D-VR650, MW20H63, MW24H63, MW26H82, MW27H62, and MW27H63 (the “Subject Models”) may not record a digital over-the-air broadcast program, because the Subject Models determine the program to be copy protected. When trying to record, a copy protection error message may be displayed. This issue only occurs in limited situations when the recorder responds to certain digital broadcast program content. Toshiba is developing a firmware upgrade that will resolve this issue. If you experience or have experienced this issue and would like the firmware upgrade to assure recording of such digital over-the-air broadcast program content, please contact Toshiba Customer Solutions at 1-800-631-3811 and we will provide you with the firmware upgrade applicable to the Subject Model that you own, when it is available.
